A graduate with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Pune University (Pimpri-Chinchwad College of Engineering) and an MBA in International Business Management, Mr. Jadhav is also an active member of the college's Alumni Association. By 2010, we had integrated CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines into our operations, significantly enhancing our precision and production efficiency.
